A massive thank you The Julia Rausing Trust for their generous donation; which enabled us to take 20 elderly people to enjoy a meal 3 course meal out together.

Funding for opportunities like this help us to fulfil our goal to tackle loneliness and isolation in older members of the community. We aim to create a community and promote friendship through the activities we provide. In a cost of living crisis making a meal out accessible to the people we serve was a real highlight for the individuals that attended.

We are so grateful for this funding as a small grassroots charity we could not provide the activities we do without grants, donations and our volunteers - a fantastic time was had by all!
